Penetrate thoroughly (透徹) (the first character is fanqie: 偷 + 候; the Kaosheng writes it under the run radical as [起-巳+(色-巴+又)]. The second character is fanqie: 耻 + 列; Jia's commentary to the Guoyu says: "徹 means illuminated." The Shuowen says: "Penetrating through; it is classified under the step radical (彳) (fanqie: 丑 + 歷) and [敲-高+(立/肉)], where [敲-高+(立/肉)] has the same sound as above").
