滓穢（上緇史反埤蒼作䔂說文滓澱也下於衛反博雅荒蕪也從禾說文從草）。

Dregs and filth (滓穢: the first character has the fanqie z- + [sh]i [=zǐ]; the Picang writes it as 䔂; the Shuowen says: 'Sediment or dregs'. The second character has the fanqie y- + [w]ei [=huì]; the Boya says: 'Overgrown and wild'; it is formed with 'grain' [禾]; the Shuowen has it under 'grass' [艸]).
