Fluttering and soaring (颻颺; the first character has the pronunciation yáo. The Kaosheng says: “𩖬yáo is upward-blowing wind.” The second character is [pronounced with the] fanqie yáng + [sh]àng. The Jixun says: “Flown by the wind.” Both are phono-semantic characters. 𩖬 is pronounced fú).
