刼波育（或言劫貝者訛也正言迦波羅高昌名㲲可以為布罽賓以南大者成樹以北形小狀如土葵有殼剖以出花如柳絮可紉以為布也紉女珍反）。

刼波育 (also called jiebei, which is corrupt; correctly pronounced kāpāsa [or karpāsa]; in Gaochang called die [cotton]; it can be made into cloth. South of Jibin the larger ones grow into trees; north of it they are small in form, resembling earth-mallow; they have bolls which split open to produce down like willow catkins, which can be spun into cloth. 紉 is nǚ + zhēn fanqie).
