耽湎（綿編反考聲云耽酒也尚書曰𦏁和湎淫孔注云沉湎於酒過差失度也）。

Indulging in wine (耽湎: the second character has the fanqie mi[án] + [bi]ān; the Kaosheng says: "Dan (耽) means addicted to wine." The Shangshu says: "Xi and He indulge in wine and licentiousness"; Kong's commentary says: "Sunk in wine, excessively exceeding measure").
