疑滯（直例反王注楚詞云疑惑也滯留也考聲沉也止也賈注國語云滯久也說文凝也形聲字也）。

Doubt and hesitation (疑滯: [滯 is] zhi-li fan; Wang [Yi]'s commentary to the Chuci says: "疑 means to doubt; 滯 means to linger." The Kaosheng says: "To sink; to stop." Jia [Kui]'s commentary to the Guoyu says: "滯 means for a long time." The Shuowen jiezi says: "To congeal." It is a phono-semantic character).
