淪滯 (first character: fanqie 律均 [lún]; Kong's commentary to the Shangshu: "淪 means to sink, submerge"; Mao Shi: "'The river water is clear and rippling [淪]'"; Shuowen jiezi: "Small ripples on water are called 淪; classified under radical 水 with phonetic component 侖; 侖 has the same pronunciation as above").
