昉以（方𠕀反撰經序人名也即大唐三藏玄弉法師下翻經大德僧昉法師也自說製序之由譯經時也）。

昉以 (fanqie 方𠕀 [fǎng]; the name of the author of the sūtra preface, namely Dharma Master Sengfang, the translation-assisting Bhadanta under Master Xuanzang, Tripiṭaka Master of the Great Tang; he is here recounting the circumstances of composing the preface at the time of the sūtra translation).
