浮泡（普包反方言泡盛也江淮之間語也郭璞注云泡洪漲皃也水上浮漚也）。

Floating foam (the pronunciation is [the fanqie] 普 + 包. The Fangyan says: 'Pao (foam) means abundant; it is a dialect of the Jiang-Huai region.' Guo Pu's commentary says: 'Pao describes the appearance of surging and swelling; it is floating bubbles upon water').
