水激（經亦反王逸注楚詞云激感也莊子注者激也司馬彪曰流隱曰激說文水礙邪疾波也形聲字也）。
Surging water (the pronunciation is [the fanqie] 經 + 亦. Wang Yi's commentary on the Chuci says: 'Ji means stirred.' The commentary on the Zhuangzi says: 'Ji means surged.' Sima Biao says: 'When the flow is obstructed, it is called ji.' The Shuowen says: 'Water obstructed that surges rapidly in waves; it is a phono-semantic character').
