暢適（勑亮反廣雅暢達也悟也考聲云仲冬万物咸藏故謂之暢暢亦通也古今正字暢其善意也從申昜聲昜音羊也）。

Comfortable and pleased (the pronunciation is [the fanqie] 勑 + 亮. The Guangya says: 'Chang means unhindered; it also means enlightened.' The Kaosheng says: 'In the middle of winter, all things are stored away, hence it is called chang; chang also means unobstructed.' The Gujin zhengzi says: 'Expressing one's good intentions; it takes the shen radical with yang as phonetic; yang is pronounced 羊').
