嬾憜（上蘭袒反下徒臥反東觀漢記云憜嬾者獨不見勞孔注尚書憜懈怠也說文嬾懈怠也從女賴聲或作懶也憜不敬也從心隋聲惰音同上或作媠又作惰下卷同）。

嬾憜 (First character, fanqie: 蘭 + 袒. Second character, fanqie: 徒 + 臥. The Dongguan Hanji states: 'Only those who are lazy and indolent see no labor.' Kong [Anguo's] commentary on the Shangshu states: 憜 means remiss and negligent. The Shuowen jiezi states: 嬾 means remiss and negligent; composed with the 'woman' radical and 賴 phonetic; sometimes written as 懶. 憜 means disrespectful; composed with the 'heart' radical and 隋 phonetic. 惰 has the same pronunciation as above; sometimes written as 媠 or as 惰.
