貧匱（逵位反鄭注禮記云匱乏也毛詩傳云匱竭也說文從匚貴聲匚音方經從食作饋義別非經義）。

Impoverished and destitute (貧匱: the fanqie of 逵 and 位. Zheng's commentary on the Liji states: "匱 means lacking." The Mao commentary on the Shijing states: "匱 means exhausted." The Shuowen says: "With the radical 匚 and 貴 as phonetic." 匚 has the sound of 方. In the scriptures it is written with the food radical as 饋, which has a different meaning and is not the sense intended in the scripture).
