遺燼（夕胤反杜注左傳云火之餘木也說文燭餘也從火燼聲也燼音同上）。

Leftover embers (遺燼: [燼 is] xi + yin fan. Du [Yu's] commentary to the Zuo zhuan says: the remaining wood from a fire. The Shuowen jiezi says: the remainder of a candle. It takes the fire signific and jin phonetic. Embers (燼) has the same sound as above).
