不減（耕斬反考聲云損之令小日減說文減損也從水咸聲也從冫作減非也冫音氷也）。

不減 (Pronounced 耕 + 斬 fanqie. The Kaosheng says: 'To diminish it so as to make it smaller is called 減.' The Shuowen says: '減 means to decrease; it derives from 水 with 咸 as phonetic.' To write it with 冫 as 减 is incorrect; 冫 is pronounced 氷).
