肪𦚻（上音方下桑安反韻英云凝脂也通俗文云在腰曰肪在胃曰𦙽竝形聲字也）。

Fat and grease (肪𦚻: the upper character is pronounced fang; the lower character is sang + an fan. The Yunying says: congealed fat. The Tongsu wen says: what is at the waist is called fat (肪); what is at the stomach is called grease (𦚻). Both are phono-semantic characters).
