治踵（上音理下之勇反王逸注楚辭云踵繼也說文踵追也一云往來貌從足重聲也或從止作踵亦通用也）。

Following the tracks of governance (治踵: upper character is pronounced *li*; lower character is *zhi-yong* fanqie; Wang Yi's commentary on the *Chuci* says: *zhong* means to succeed; the *Shuowen jiezi* says: *zhong* means to pursue; another says: the appearance of going and coming; it derives from 足 with 重 as phonetic; it is also written with 止 as 踵, which is interchangeable).
