伺求（上司次反鄭注周禮云同猶察也顧野王伺猶候也方言自江而北謂相竊視為伺蒼頡篇二人相候也古今正字從人司聲也）。

Watchful spying (伺求: the first character is [pronounced] si [si + ci fan]. Zheng's commentary on the Zhouli states: 'It is equivalent to observing.' Gu Yewang states: '伺 is like waiting and watching.' The Fangyan states: 'From the Yangzi River northward, peering covertly at each other is called 伺.' The Cangjie pian states: 'Two people spying on each other.' The Gujin zhengzi states: 'From person (人), si (司) phonetic.').
