罣礙（字略作罫同胡卦反䋄礙也下古文硋同五代反說文礙止也又作閡郭璞以為古文礙字說文閡外閉也經文作㝵音都勒反案衛宏詔定古文字書礙得二字同體說文得取也尚書高宗夢得說是非此義也）。

Obstructed (罣礙: the abbreviated character is written 罫, pronounced gua [hu + gua fan], meaning net obstruction. The second character is the ancient character 硋, pronounced ai [wu + dai fan]. The Shuowen states: '礙 means stopped.' It is also written 閡; Guo Pu took this to be the ancient character for 礙. The Shuowen states: '閡 means closed from the outside.' In the sūtra text it is written 㝵, pronounced de [du + le fan]. Examining Wei Hong's imperial collation of ancient character dictionaries, the characters 礙 and 得 share the same graph. The Shuowen states: '得 means taking.' The Shangshu passage 'Emperor Gaozong dreamt that he obtained Yue' is not this meaning).
