一切智道靡不宣（珠叢曰靡無也小雅曰宣示也示謂顯示又云明也明謂分明又云遍通也施行也）。

The path of omniscient wisdom is entirely proclaimed (一切智道靡不宣: the *Zhubian* says: "靡 [mǐ] means none." The *Xiaoya* says: "宣 [xuān] means to show; showing means to display. It also means clear; clear means distinct. It also means to pervade throughout; to put into practice.")
