霈澤清炎暑（霈普蓋反文字集略曰霈謂大雨也劉熈注孟子曰霈然注雨皃郭璞注尒雅曰炎旱氣熏灼人說文云暑熱也）。
Copious rains clear the searing heat (The fanqie for 霈 is 普蓋 [pèi]. The Wenzi jilüe says: '霈 refers to torrential rain.'
