時臻歲洽（臻側詵反洽侯夾反時謂四時歲謂一歲韵圃稱臻至也說文云洽露及之也）。

The seasons arrive and the year is saturated (臻 is pronounced 側詵; 洽 is pronounced 侯夾. "Seasons" refers to the four seasons; "year" refers to a single year. The *Yunpu* states: "*Zhen* means to arrive." The *Shuowen* states: "*Qia* means dew moistening and reaching").
