十千繒綺（繒疾陵反說文曰繒謂帛之總名也帛有邪文曰綺也釋名曰綺崎也其文崎邪不順經緯之縱橫之也）。

Ten thousand silk damasks (繒 [zeng] is 疾 [ji] + 陵 [ling] in fanqie. The Shuowen jiezi states: '繒 [zeng] is a general term for silk fabrics.' Silk with diagonal patterns is called qi [damask]. The Shiming states: '綺 [qi] means crooked and uneven; its patterns are diagonally irregular, not conforming to the warp and weft').
