感德從化（尒雅曰感動也毛詩傳曰從隨也說文曰依教行曰化也言德能動之隨教令也）。

Moved by virtue, they follow transformation (感德從化: The *Erya* says: "*Gan* [感] means to move." Mao's commentary on the *Classic of Poetry* says: "*Cong* [從] means to follow." The *Shuowen jiezi* says: "To act in accordance with instructions is called *hua* [化, transformation]." It means virtue can move them to follow instructions and orders).
