年齒（杜注左傳曰齒列也謂與已同行列也司馬彪注莊子曰齒數也謂年壽之數也）。

Age and years (年齒: Du's commentary on the *Zuo tradition* says: "*Chi* [齒] means rank/order; it means sharing the same generational row as oneself." Sima Biao's commentary on *Zhuangzi* says: "*Chi* means number; it refers to the number of years of life").
