木槍(槍七羊反蒼頡篇曰槍謂木兩頭銳者也又音楚庾反非此所用也經本有作鏘者此乃鏗鏘之字深為差謬失經意)。

Wooden stake (木槍: *槍* is pronounced *qiāng* [七羊反]. The *Cang Jie pian* says: "*Qiang* refers to wood sharpened at both ends." It is also pronounced *chǔ* [楚庾反], but not in this usage. Editions of the sūtra that write *qiāng* [鏘] use the character for a clanging sound, which is deeply erroneous and loses the meaning of the sūtra).
