聾聵（聵五怪反韋昭注國語曰耳不別五音之和謂之聾從生即聾謂之瞶字又作[蔽/耳][豸*貴]二形也）。

Deaf and dumb (Dumb [聵] is pronounced with the fanqie wu-guai [wai/kui]. Wei Zhao's commentary on the Guoyu states: "When the ears do not distinguish the harmony of the five tones, this is called deaf (long); to be born deaf is called kui (瞶). The character is also written as [蔽/耳] or [豸*貴].")
