妓侍眾女（妓奇綺反埤蒼曰妓美女也以美女為侍謂之妓侍也或曰妓女樂也美女為樂亦云妓樂字或有作伎者音攴義反傷害也非此所用也）。

Courtesans and maidservants (Ji [妓] is pronounced with the fanqie qi-qi [ji]. The Picang says: "Ji means a beautiful woman." Employing beautiful women as attendants is called jishi. Alternatively, it means women musicians; female entertainers are also called jiyue. Sometimes the character is written as ［伎］, with the pronunciation zhi-yi [zhi], meaning injury or harm, which is not used here.)
