難制沮（沮才與反李琦注漢書制斷也禁也毛詩傳曰沮止也）。

Nanzhiju 難制沮 [hard to check and obstruct] (Ju 沮 is pronounced cai + yu [jù]. Li Qi's commentary on the Hanshu says: 'Zhi 制 means to cut off or forbid.' The Mao Commentary on the Shijing says: 'Ju 沮 means to stop').
