循身觀（循祥倫反珠叢曰循巡也今謂四念處中第一觀身不淨從頭至足次第巡歷三十六物皆不淨也）。

Contemplation by inspecting the body (xun shen guan; xun is pronounced xiang [祥] + lun [倫] in fanqie. The Zhucong says: 'Xun means to patrol.' Here it refers to the first of the four applications of mindfulness, contemplating the impurity of the body: successively surveying from head to foot, the thirty-six bodily constituents are all impure).
