我等欽風（孔安國注書曰欽敬也風教也鄭玄注周禮曰風者聖賢治道之遺化也今謂敬用其教令也）。

我等欽風 (We revere the teachings): Kong Anguo's commentary on the *Shangshu* says: '欽 (*qin*) means to revere; 風 (*feng*) means teachings.' Zheng Xuan's commentary on the *Zhouli* says: '風 (*feng*) is the transformative legacy of the sagely and virtuous ways of governance.' Here it means reverently adopting their teachings and instructions.
