Cataracts and films [瞖膜] (yi [瞖] is pronounced 於計 [ʔ- + (k)eiH > yì]. The Wenzi jilüe says: “Yi is an eye obstruction.” In sūtras, where yi-mo is written with the radical ‘feather’ [翳], it is not the correct usage).
