芬敷布濩（濩音護顏注漢書曰布濩猶言所露謂於缺露之處皆遍布也芬敷如上護字經本有從言作者謬也）。

Blooming and spreading widely [芬敷布濩] (huo [濩] is pronounced 護 [xuoH > hù]. Yan Shigu's commentary on the Hanshu says: “Buhuo means like being exposed; it means spreading all over deficient and exposed places.” Fenfu is as explained above. Sūtra editions that write huo with the speech radical are erroneous).
