城名多羅幢（多羅者義翻為明淨或曰精等明淨也說昔有王名明淨眼憧創建此城故從立名耳）。

A city named Tāradhvaja (Tāra is translated according to meaning as 'bright and pure,' or 'refined and bright-pure.' It is said that in the past there was a king named Pure-Eye-Banner who founded this city, so it was named after him).
