無所觸嬈（嬈乃了反三蒼曰嬈擾也孔安注書曰擾亂也說文曰擾煩也）。
"Nothing disturbing or harassing" (Harassing [嬈] is rǎo [nǎi + liǎo fanqie]. The Sancang says: "嬈 means to disturb." Kong Anguo's commentary on the Classic of Documents says: "To disturb and throw into disorder." The Shuowen jiezi says: "擾 means to bother").
