營辦什物（顏注漢書曰什物謂為生之具也三蒼曰什聚也雜也吳楚之間資生雜具謂之什物有數十事物為什物育數十事物為什物者此蓋少知之說也）。

Procuring miscellaneous utensils (Yan Shigu's commentary on the *Book of Han* says: "*Shiwu* means implements for living." The *Sancang* says: "*Shi* means gathered; miscellaneous. In Wu and Chu, diverse utensils for supporting life are called *shiwu*." The claim that ten things make a *shiwu*, or several tens of things make a *shiwu*, comes from meager understanding).
