自心憺怕（憺徒敢徒濫二反怕普白反王逸注楚辭曰憺安也廣雅曰怕靜也憺字又作倓澹一體也）。

Their own mind is calm and serene (自心憺怕: 憺 has the two pronunciations 徒 + 敢 and 徒 + 濫 fanqie. 怕 is read 普 + 白 fanqie. Wang Yi's commentary on the Chuci says: '憺 means peaceful.' The Guangya says: '怕 means quiet.' The character 憺 is also written as 倓 or 澹, being the same entity).
