幡䋿（䋿灰反考聲云䋿斷色絲於兩紐中而[糸*巾]之也東宮舊事云䋿五色絲飾也又云色罽也從糸畏聲）。

Pennant streamers (the second character is *hui* [huī] [as in 䋿]. The Kaosheng says: "*Hui* means colored silk cut and gathered within two ties to bind them." The Donggong jiushi says: "*Hui* are ornaments of five-colored silk." It also says: "They are colored woolen fabrics." It is categorized under 'silk' [糸] with *wei* [畏] phonetic).
