一摶（音團摶飯食者不用匙筯手摶而食習古虜質也豈得如此國近代易古用匙筯風流雅玅而嚴潔也）。

Yītuán 一摶 (Pronounced tuán 團. Those who eat ball-shaped food [kavaḍīkārāhāra] do not use spoons or chopsticks, but roll it by hand and eat it, continuing an ancient, crude custom. How could it compare to the modern practice in this country of changing ancient ways to use spoons and chopsticks, which is refined, elegant, dignified, and clean?).
