24.78

𤼙躄（上劣圓反顧野王云病也身體拘曲手足拳曲也古今正字義同從疒[烈-列+(ㄠ*言*ㄠ)]亦作攣下并弈反顧野王云躄謂足偏枯不能行也說文作𣦢訓同從止辟聲也）。

Luánbì 𤼙躄 (The upper character is fanqie 劣圓 [luán]. Gu Yewang says: 'An illness; the body is bent and the limbs are contracted'. The Gujin zhengzi agrees; with radical nì 疒 and luán [烈-列+(ㄠ*言*ㄠ)] phonetic; it is also written luán 攣. The lower character is fanqie 并弈 [bì]. Gu Yewang says: 'bì 躄 refers to one foot being atrophied and unable to walk'. The Shuowen jiezi writes it as 𣦢 with the same meaning; with radical zhǐ 止 and pì 辟 phonetic).
