甜穌八味（一苦二醋三甘四辛五鹹六淡甜中又二一者不苦故甜二者不醋故甜合成八也）。

Sweet ghee's eight flavors (First, bitter; second, sour; third, sweet; fourth, pungent; fifth, salty; sixth, bland; within sweet there are further two: first, being sweet because it is not bitter; second, being sweet because it is not sour; combined they make eight).
