Tumultuous and chaotic (憒𠆴: the former character 憒 is *g[ōng]-d[uì]* fanqie; the *Shuowen jiezi* says: "Disorderly." The latter character 𠆴 is *n[ǚ]-x[iào]* fanqie; vulgar and mixed; the character is written with 人 beneath 市, being an ideogram. Sūtra texts often write 閙, which is a vulgar character; writing 市 inside 門 is not an ideogram).
