竅孔（苦吊反說文云空也泥洹經作寮字義亦通音力彫反蒼頡篇云小孔也）。

Apertures and holes (竅 is pronounced *kǔ* + *diào* fanqie [*qiào*]. The *Shuowen* says: "An opening." The *Nirvāṇa-sūtra* writes it with the character 寮, the meaning also being compatible, pronounced *lì* + *diāo* fanqie [*liáo*]. The *Cang Jie pian* says: "A small aperture.")
