般者（音補末反此梵語也準經翻為入也證也准書定字唯有班槃二音今取梵音穩便借音為鉢）。

'Pari' [般] (Pronounced with the fanqie bu + mo [bō]. This is Sanskrit. According to the sūtra, it is translated as 'entering' or 'realizing'. When determining the character by books of script, there are only the two pronunciations bān and pán; now, adopting a smooth fit for the Sanskrit sound, we borrow the sound bō).
