三十二相（其一一相皆百福所成謂以五品心行行十善合成五十此是初心至於後心亦具五十合百共成一相故法華云百福莊嚴相是也前二十四卷前文已釋）。

Thirty-two major marks (each mark is produced from a hundred merits; that is, practicing the ten virtues with five grades of mental actions yields fifty, which is the initial mind; reaching the subsequent mind also possesses fifty, which together make a hundred to complete one mark; therefore the Lotus Sūtra says “adorned with marks of a hundred merits”, which is this; it has already been explained above in Fascicle Twenty-Four).
