懈怠（上古隘反下徒亥反尒雅懈即怠也集注懈極也怠嬾也釋名懈解也骨節解緩耳切韻疲也作怠懈慢也惰也荒也放散身體也墯落也嬾也）。

Indolence (懈怠): The upper character is gu'ai [fanqie]; the lower is tuhai [fanqie]. The Erya says: "懈 means 怠." The Jizhu says: "懈 is being exhausted; 怠 is being lazy." The Shiming says: "懈 is relaxation (jie 解); the joints of the bones are loosened." The Qieyun says: "Weary. Written as 怠, it means careless and arrogant; indolent; desolate; to relax the physical body; to let fall; lazy."
