鴟梟 (*chi xiao* [owl]: for the first, *chong* + *shi* fanqie; Sanskrit says *hārīta* [?], here translated as *xiao*; the ancient forms 鴟 and 鵄 are two forms of the same character; *Erya*: "The *kuang* is the *maochi*"; Sheren says: "The *kuang*, another name is *chi*, likes to eat mice and has large eyes"; Guo Pu says: "The [(尨-(彰-章)+(白-日))*鳥] is the *chi*"; he also says: "The uncanny owl"; [(尨-(彰-章)+(白-日))*鳥] is pronounced *xiang* fanqie).
