鼷鼠（上胡鷄反說文小鼠也尒雅鼷鼠郭璞玉篇有螫毒食人及鳥獸雖至盡亦不覺痛今謂甘口鼠也）。

鼷鼠 (*xi shu* [house mouse / shrew]: for the first, *hu* + *ji* fanqie; *Shuowen jiezi*: "a small mouse"; *Erya*: "the *xishu*"; Guo Pu and *Yupian* say: "It has venom; when it bites humans, birds, or beasts, even if it eats away to the bone, they feel no pain; nowadays it is called the sweet-mouthed mouse").
