阿鞞跋致（阿鞞跋致云不退住鞞陛兮反以此為正下文多云阿惟越致訛應從此云文亦云阿毘跋致亦訛也）。

阿鞞跋致 (Avaivartika; 阿鞞跋致 means dwelling without falling back. 鞞 has the fanqie bì-xī [pí]; taking this is correct. Later in the text it is often written 阿惟越致, which is an error; one should follow this form. In some texts it is also written 阿毘跋致, which is likewise an error).
