(Camel; the upper character has the fanqie lú-gè [luò]. The Shanhaijing says it is pronounced tuò. Guo Pu says: "It travels three hundred li a day and carries three thousand jin; it can discern the presence of water springs; by its nature it distinguishes water veins, and when it paws the earth with its foot, springs gush forth." Paws (póu) is pú-jiāo fanqie. The character dictionaries write 𩧐, or 駱; a white horse with a black mane is called luò, which is not the present sense. The lower character has the fanqie tú-hé [tuó]; written in common form as 駞, with the same sound).
